What can I expect to receive in my boxes?

As every classy lady has an air of mystery about her, so do our boxes! Each quarter, you will receive a minimum of five gifts from independent businesses that we collaborate and partner with so you won't know what is exactly in our boxes until they arrive on your doorstep - and that's the beauty of it! 

Each gift is hand-selected and centred around the five senses - taste, touch, sight, smell, and feel. These can range from Beauty, Food, Home, Inspiration, Lifestyle, and more.

When will my boxes arrive?

We send out our boxes each quarter, during the second week of January, April, July, and October with a tracked delivery service using Royal Mail. So you will receive a total of four boxes in a year. Since we are launching in July 2021, you'll receive a total of two boxes in 2021. 

Please note: If you subscribe before the 1st of the month in which our quarterly boxes are sent out, you will receive that particular quarter's box. For example, if you subscribe on 30th September, you will receive our Winter quarterly box (subject to availability). 

If you subscribe on 1st October or any later, you may still be able to receive our Winter box (subject to availability). At the checkout stage, we will send you an email to confirm which box you will be expected to receive and when your plan starts. 

Can I buy a box as a one-off?

Yes. If you aren't quite ready to subscribe to our quarterly subscription, you can opt to buy our Luxury & Elegant box as a one-off as a gift to yourself.  

Can I buy a box as a gift?

Yes. If you are looking to send one of our beautifully curated box as a gift to a loved one, we also include a personalised, handwritten note to the recipient to make for a extra special and well thought out gift. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are a UK-based company and are currently only shipping across the UK. We are looking to expand globally in the future so do keep an eye out.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

Am I able to get a refund?

If you are completely unsatisfied with one of our quarterly subscription boxes, you can return the full box to us with all products unopened and unused. Please email us at info@pearlsandwine.com to request a refund and/or to report a faulty item.

 

Please note: You are only able to receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving our box.
